The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was close enough to the city center and major tourist attractions but tucked away in a quieter street. This allowed me to escape the congestion and noise of the city after a long day of work. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always willing to assist and made my stay more enjoyable.

The elevator was tiny and slow, making it quite frustrating to get to the first floor. It would have been great if there were stairs to use as an alternative.

The courtyard was a hidden gem, with comfortable furniture surrounded by trees, perfect for a relaxing afternoon nap or enjoying breakfast in the morning. The neighborhood was also a winner, with an abundance of fantastic restaurants and convenient access to public transportation.

The room size was a bit disappointing, especially compared to the pictures on the website. The bathroom was small, and the bed was just average, with hard pillows.

The breakfast at Relais Le Clarisse was a great value, with delicious homemade dishes each morning. the apartment I stayed in was very comfortable and had convenient amenities like a sink, fridge, and laundry machine. the beds were typical Italian style, firm yet comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a taxi stand, ATM, gelateria, and pizzeria all nearby. I especially loved the lively Trastevere neighborhood. the staff at the hotel were polite, helpful, and available throughout the day. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Rome.

Plus, the hotel went the extra mile with complementary cake and Prosseco on Christmas Eve. It was a memorable experience overall.

This hotel had character and was located in a very great place. It was conveniently close to everything in this city. I could easily access major sites on foot or by tram. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of food and some homemade treats. The staff, especially Gloria at reception and Romina in the breakfast room, were friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. It offered great prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms that had updated fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Trastevere, a neighborhood full of interesting churches, shops, galleries. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, making it ideal for staying in Roma and exploring the attractions, including a 30-minute walk to St. Peter's.

I was delighted with my recent stay at a charming hotel in Rome. The hotel's decoration had a traditional Tuscan feel, with warm white and cream tones, beautiful Italian cotto tiles, and natural wood and forged iron work. It created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for senior guests like myself. The general areas, including the fragrant courtyard of olive and lemon trees, were tranquil and well-maintained. Additionally, I found the hotel to be easily accessible for senior people, with convenient facilities and accommodations for our comfort.

If I had to ask for one thing to make my vacation even better as a senior, it would be improved sound insulation in the rooms. Despite the helpfulness and friendliness of the children working there, the nights were sometimes disturbed by noise from outside.

Communication before arrival could have been better. The room we stayed in was a bit tight on space and lacked storage for our clothing.

Rooms on the first floor open onto a beautiful garden with tables and chairs, lemon tree, flowers. Giancarlo and Antonio were helpful and friendly, arranging our early departure and taxi to the airport. Good instructions on locks and getting to restaurants. Enjoyed the peaceful location close to restaurants and easy access to transportation.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. the staff members were very nice and extremely helpful throughout our stay. the location in Trastevere was good, with a real buzz in the evening. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the churches of Santa Maria and Ste Cecelia were within walking distance and worth seeing. Getting around was easy, either by tram or on foot. the breakfast offered a nice variety of choices and the staff was always ready to assist if we needed anything else. a great experience at Relais Le Clarisse.
