The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, which made it easy for me to take day trips to other cities. Additionally, the hotel is close to the nearest metro, making it easy to explore this city. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They provided great advice and assistance with checking in and checking out. the staff were exceptional and made my experience truly wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at a guest house in the center of Rome. the room was spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom. the air conditioning was a great advantage during the summer heat. We also loved having a Nespresso machine in the room, along with some snacks and a welcome bottle of wine. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station and not too far from the Colosseum. This allowed us to easily explore the main attractions using the subway. the hosts, Fabio and Francesca, were absolutely wonderful, helping us plan our itinerary and making us feel safe and welcome. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

I had a fantastic stay here. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check-in early. The location was perfect, with just an 8-minute walk to the Colosseum through a beautiful park. The hotel was also conveniently situated near a metro station and within minutes, I could easily reach the main train station. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities nearby, including a supermarket, restaurants, bakeries. The room itself was exactly as shown in the pictures - cozy with comfortable beds. It was also kept clean with daily housekeeping. The mini bar was restocked with water, coke, cookies, and jam every day. I also appreciated the effective air conditioning, which made my stay even more comfortable. I had a great experience at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at a cozy guest house in Rome. the room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with a coffee machine, tea, cookies, and soft drinks that were replenished daily. Our hosts, Fabio and Francesca, were incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed about attractions, public transportation, and restaurants. the location was perfect, with the Colosseum just a 10-minute walk away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Fabio and Francesca, for making our trip memorable.

We were able to walk to most of the sights, but there were also bus, taxi, and metro services nearby for convenience. the room, although on the smaller side, was comfortable and had everything we needed. the bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well, which was a blessing in the summer heat. the room and bathroom were cleaned thoroughly, with fresh towels provided every few days. the added touches of free water, fizzy drinks, snacks, and a coffee machine were much appreciated. the hosts, Fabio and Francesca, were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
