Dieses Hotel hat eine unschlagbare Lage mitten im historischen Zentrum von Neapel. Ich war begeistert, wie nah es zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Geschehen der Stadt liegt. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Insgesamt war das Personal die ganze Zeit über freundlich und aufmerksam, insbesondere der Gastgeber Massimiliano. Er gab uns wertvolle Tipps und eine Karte von Neapel, was uns wirklich weitergeholfen hat. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig genug für einen angenehmen Städtetrip. Besonders gefallen hat mir die wunderschöne Dachterrasse, auf der man entspannen und den Ausblick genießen kann.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. For the price, I got more than what I expected. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with modern decor and very good facilities. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep after exploring the city center, which was conveniently located within walking distance to everything. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, offering a nice selection to start the day.

All was more than okay during my stay, no improvements needed here.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Relais Rione Ponte made us feel like family. They were always willing to assist with reservations and recommendations, and even took the time to chat with us over a complimentary espresso. the location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us easy access to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. Our room was comfortable with plenty of amenities, including a spacious bathroom and a TV. We were also pleased to discover that breakfast was included at a nearby café, where we enjoyed delicious croissants and fresh juice. we had a wonderful experience and would return without hesitation.

I recently had an amazing stay in the heart of a bustling city. This hotel offered excellent value for money, with prices that were surprisingly affordable considering the location. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the modern decor in the rooms to the comfortable beds with their choice of firm or soft pillows. I particularly enjoyed waking up to a lovely view of the piazza each morning. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and it was okay. the location was perfect as it was very close to the main attractions and you can easily explore the city on foot. the rooms were also kept very clean and modern which was nice. the breakfast offered was decent but lack of variety.

I wouldn't really recommend this hotel. the customer service was lacking as there was no one available to assist us at times.
