There was some construction or renovation work going on during our stay, which made it impossible to rest in the afternoon due to the high noise level. the hotel ran out of warm water at one point, which was a major inconvenience.

Enjoyed the bar/lounge and alfresco dining at b-cool Bistrot & Cocktail. Convenient facilities like daily housekeeping and luggage storage. Made myself at home in the individually decorated guestrooms. Trevi Fountain area is great for fountains, walking, and food.

Such a shame that the safety features at this property were so lacking in excitement.

I recently stayed at The One Boutique Hotel in Rome for one night. The rooms were spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The reception staff, especially Khali, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. They provided helpful information about the city, recommended restaurants, and even let us check out an hour later. The quad room was excellent in size and comfort, with high-tech features and a nice hot shower. The breakfast selection, although limited, was of high quality, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, close to the Trevi fountain and numerous eateries.
