We stayed at Renaissance for 3 nights on a leisure trip. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was attentive and the bar staff even remembered our drink preferences. It was a nice surprise to find a bottle of sparkling wine in our room for my partner's birthday. The hotel handled a warm room issue well by providing a fan and leaving the window open. a great hotel experience.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at the Renaissance hotel in Naples. The hotel's location was perfect, situated between the Toledo and Municipio metro stops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit all the main tourist attractions. It was also just a short walk away from the bustling shopping street of Toledo. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and I appreciated the good air conditioning. The hotel had a lovely terrace with two small whirlpools, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Naples. The front desk staff and the friendly staff at the entrance were always ready to assist with any needs, including parking service. The hotel also organized a fantastic private city tour through Napoli via World Tours, and the driver was prompt and knowledgeable. The breakfast service was friendly and the breakfast itself consisted of good quality products.

During our stay at Renaissance, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning rooftop restaurant overlooking the breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius and Castle Nouvo. The solarium with the cool wading pool was an added bonus, perfect for beating the summer heat. Plus, the convenient location allowed us to easily access the nearby beach. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
