My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Residence Arco Antico in Syracuse. The location was excellent, with easy access to all the sights we wanted to visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. We were also impressed with the reliable and fast Wi-Fi, which was a big plus for us. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the noise from other guests and a broken shower door, we still had a great experience overall. The staff were very apologetic and promised to address the issues, which gave us confidence in their dedication to customer satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Residence Arco Antico to anyone visiting Syracuse. a good value option in a great location.

Great location, just a short walk away from the market and marina. the apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. the owner was friendly and helpful, offering us recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. We also enjoyed the modern art hanging on the walls of the building, which added a nice touch.

Our experience was marred by some issues. Despite the great location and amenities, the bedsheets in the bedroom had a weird smell and didn't seem freshly washed.

We had a wonderful 1-night stay in a hotel located very close to the city center of Ortigia. The host was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The apartment was clean and quiet, providing us with a relaxing living room and a spacious bedroom. The location was right in the centre of historic Ortygia, allowing us to easily explore the main tourist objectives, restaurants, and shops.

The kitchen facilities could have been improved with a little more glassware, crockery, and cutlery.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities including a hairdryer and a toilet/shower room. Despite not having a balcony, the hotel provides a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast is included in the price, and while it may be fairly ordinary, it is still a convenient option. The service and staff are attentive and friendly, and overall, this hotel provides a great experience for its guests.
