We spent Christmas at a hotel in the mountains and enjoyed the snowy landscape. the spa in the hotel was good, and we could relax in the hot tub and sauna. the food served for Christmas dinner was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the location of the hotel was perfect, and we had easy access to nearby slopes. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to take us to the ski lift.

The room we were given was old and poorly maintained. the bathroom was cramped and had no ventilation, and the lighting was inadequate.
