We had a lovely spacious semi private outside patio with stunning views at Residence Besass, Gtsgroup. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The swimming pool and gym were great facilities. Short walk to a well-stocked supermarket and the charming village of Gardola. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located close to a small supermarket and several restaurants, making it easy to grab any necessities or enjoy a meal out. Situated on a mountain, the hotel offers excellent views of Lake Garda, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay. guests can take advantage of the proximity to the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Some guests experienced noise disturbances from neighboring apartments or outside the rooms.

This hotel is a luxury getaway with exclusive amenities. the service we received was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the swimming pool is a highlight, with sun loungers and a shallow end perfect for relaxation. the garden area is beautifully maintained and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Our room was equipped with exclusive facilities, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. the bar and snack bar area offers a variety of refreshments and snacks.

The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the limited parking, with double parking necessary at times. this is a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.

The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. We enjoyed having a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony/patio, perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner together. The location was great, conveniently close to restaurants, bars, and mini markets, and we had access to a garage and a swimming pool.

The internet connection was only available at the reception which was inconvenient, and we had no mobile connection. Additionally, there was an extra charge for heating and clean towels.

My family and I stayed at Residence Besass in Tignale for 5 days and it was an excellent experience! Anna at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful, and the apartments were spacious with a breathtaking view from the terrace. Despite being located high up on the mountain, the drive to the lake was only 15 minutes and well worth it. The staff provided great service, promptly bringing us a ventilator when we requested it. The location was also convenient, with a charming village within walking distance and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket nearby. an excellent place with a beautiful view and great location.
