The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to the town square and it's also close to the center of Florence. The rooms are spotless and inviting with comfortable beds and stylish bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the owner and his daughter being particularly helpful. The view of Florence from the hotel is stunning and the property is well maintained.

Finding a taxi to take you to the hotel from the airport or train station can be difficult.

The view from the patio was stunning and the location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was within walking distance of a piazza with restaurants and a small grocery store. the apartment was clean and comfortable with modern furnishings.

The smoking policy was not enforced and the apartment reeked of smoke, making it difficult for us to breathe. the room was not cleaned to a high standard with broken items in the bathroom and dirty stove controls.
