The check-in process is a bit inconvenient as it is in a different hotel a few blocks away.

I had a fantastic stay at a spacious apartment in a central location. the apartment was well-equipped with convenient amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and multiple TVs. It easily accommodated four adults and the air conditioning worked efficiently. the highlight was the amazing view over the square, especially at night when it was beautifully lit. the location was perfect for exploring Florence's attractions and markets within minutes. the check-in staff was very helpful, making the whole process easy.

The location was great. Right in the heart of the city and close to all the best sights. We also appreciated the Easter eggs and hot cross buns that were left in our room as a surprise!

It was very difficult to find, tucked away amongst restaurants and not clearly signposted. the room was small and the air conditioning didn't work, making it very uncomfortable in the heat.

I had a wonderful stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of semi-pedestrianised Florence. Being in Piazza del la Republica, I was just a short walk away from major sightseeing attractions, museums, restaurants, bars, music. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and had a completely up-to-date bathroom. The hotel staff were helpful and always available.
