Stayed at Residence Poli and it was a lovely experience. The host, Davide, was welcoming and gave us a thorough introduction to the place. The design of the apartment was modern and well-maintained, with a particularly impressive shower. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore Venice easily while enjoying a quieter neighborhood. The co-op, as well as bars and restaurants, were just a short walk away. We will definitely be back.

I could hear grocery carts rumbling by in the morning, but it was a quick jolt and done. the room was cool and expansive, fitting for a fortnight's stay. Whether winter or summer, this spot remains comfortable. Near enough to the heart of town without the tourist throng. No need for the air con in May. I'm a Nyarker who adores design and history—this place met my match.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Poli! the location is perfect, with a grocery store and bakery nearby. Davide, our host, was incredibly helpful and even met us at the water taxi pier. He provided us with great dinner recommendations, and we got a discount at Trattoria Al Campanile. the apartment is stylish and modern, recently renovated with a well-designed bathroom and kitchenette. the bed was super comfortable, and the location allowed us to easily explore all the important spots in Venice. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The location was perfect - close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Supermarket and ferry were just minutes away. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen. The host, Chiara, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!
