The location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable. You are just a stone's throw away from everything in the center of town. Need a taxi? No problem, the nearest taxi stand is just a short walk away. Want to explore the city's cultural sites? The hotel is conveniently located just next to the Gucci museum on the Piazza.

The karaoke and casino facilities were sadly lacking, which was a disappointment for someone like me who enjoys those activities.

The staff at this property, including Humberto, Sebastian, and Mateo, went above and beyond to accommodate every request. The kitchen staff also provided exceptional service. The location is perfect, with easy access to museums, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are lovely with a romantic touch in the decor. The hospitality and warm atmosphere truly made us feel like family. Breakfast was delightful and sufficient. Highly recommend!

Arrived at a big old door and was warmly welcomed by Monica, the owner. The room was beautiful and had a very warm and personal feel. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit and special teas. The hotel is located next door to the Gucci museum and just behind the Uffizi museum. highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Piazza Della Signoria. You can easily explore all the main attractions on foot, and it's conveniently close to the tram stop for the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the piazza. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request or recommendation. The breakfast is delightful, with a great selection of fresh fruit.

Great breakfast and amazing service! the staff was incredibly helpful. the location is super central and easily accessible. the complementary coffee and pastries in the morning were much appreciated. the rooms were clean and well decorated as well. the hotel is in a very lovely building with a beautiful view.

Rooms were a bit small and the bathroom was cramped. the shower had low water pressure.

I had a delightful stay at a charming guesthouse in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance. The room was beautifully decorated and had a romantic touch. The breakfast spread was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the New Year's Day brunch. The staff, particularly Monica, was incredibly helpful and professional. They recommended amazing local restaurants, and their hospitality was top-notch. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of a stand-up shower and a small nameplate on the door, I would still highly recommend this guesthouse. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.
