We recently stayed at a wonderful aparthotel in Milan and had a fantastic experience. the staff, especially Margherita at the reception desk, were incredibly kind and helpful. We were impressed by their good spirit and how ready they were to assist us. the room we stayed in, number 14, was modern and beautifully decorated. We loved the fact that it had a mini kitchen, making us feel like we had our own apartment for our stay. the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, close to Milan Central station and Loretto Metro subway station. we highly recommend Residenza Delle Citta Aparthotel and we look forward to returning in the future. Great location, close to train station and city center. Clean and well-equipped kitchen. Helpful staff, even printed documents and provided extra bedding. Quiet rooms with good insulation. Will definitely return for future visits to the city.

We were pleasantly surprised with this budget hotel! The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the central train station. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved having access to complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Plus, the self-laundry service was a bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The ventilation system was a bit noisy and took some getting used to.

Starting off the new year at this hotel wasn't the best experience. the water pressure in the shower was really low and the room was uncomfortably cold.

The reception staff at Residenza Delle Citta were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a kitchen that allowed my parents to cook their own meals. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to Milano Centrale and other metro stations. It was easy to catch the shuttle bus to Linate Airport. we had a perfect stay at Residenza Delle Citta!
