What a delightful experience! The breakfasts were absolutely satisfying with fresh pastries and great coffee. Ursula treated us like family, offering tips and personal touches that made our stay special.

While we didn’t have any major issues, the mattresses could be a bit softer for more comfort. Some street noise was noticeable at times, which might disturb light sleepers.

Breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful each morning.

I found the entrance difficult to locate, and the service elevator was not only cramped but made odd noises. I was also quite surprised by how thin the walls were, allowing me to hear conversations from neighboring rooms clearly. Additionally, while the room was well-furnished, the mattress was too firm for my liking, which impacted my sleep quality.

The location is central, perfect for exploring. My room was immaculate and comfortable, with a stunning city view. Ursula's hospitality was exceptional. she made my experience remarkable with her warm demeanor and helpful tips. Breakfast was abundant and satisfying, ensuring I started my days well. I would definitely visit again.

An exceptional experience with a fantastic view of an archaeological site right from the room. The warm hospitality of the host, who decorated the space with roses and champagne for our special occasion, added a heartwarming touch. I stayed for 3 nights. The room was great and very large. Breakfast was served in the room and included a fridge, coffee machine, and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the Pantheon and other major attractions. The host was incredibly nice and helpful.

The room was huge with super high ceilings and two big windows that overlooked the ancient ruins. It was sparkling clean, which I really appreciated. The mattress was on the firm side but comfy enough for me. Loved the fridge and microwave in the common kitchen for leftovers! One minor thing, the street noise could be a bit much at night. But honestly, the view totally made up for it!

it was a bit loud with people outside at night. but the view from the room was amazing, with two huge windows overlooking ancient ruins. the breakfast spread was delicious and available all day. They had snacks and coffee for us anytime.
