This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is absolutely incredible, just a stone's throw away from all the major sights and attractions. We could easily explore the beautiful Piazza Navona and the vibrant Jewish quarter without having to travel far. The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were friendly, attentive and provided excellent service throughout our time there. The rooms, although cozy, were spotlessly clean and came with modern amenities. We particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard - it was such a peaceful and relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. And the best part? Breakfast was included, making our mornings hassle-free and enjoyable.

The wifi barely worked, making it difficult to stay connected during the stay.

Lovely, clean, well equipped room with fantastic location near attractions and restaurants. Great natural lighting and ample lights. Complementary water bottles and in-room coffee and tea. Helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Good restaurant nearby. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the two complimentary cappuccinos and the tasty croissant they offered for breakfast. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape as we were able to walk to all the popular attractions and restaurants in the area. the cozy and comfortable bed was also a plus!

The room felt too small and cramped for two people, and there wasn't enough space to open both of our suitcases. the TV didn't work, and even though we didn't plan to watch TV, it was still a letdown.
