The location was great, with easy access to the bus stop, supermarket, and shopping center. It was convenient to have everything nearby during my Christmas stay. the receptionist Antonio was extremely helpful and spoke English very well. He gave us a free map and provided excellent information on local shops and places to eat with kids, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The kitchen and bathroom were a bit outdated, and the electric stove top didn't heat up properly. the crockery could use an update, and it would have been helpful to have an electric kettle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy to explore and indulge in the local cuisine. The transportation options were excellent, with easy access to all modes of public transportation. I especially appreciated being able to reach the train station in about 10 minutes. a great experience.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location is great, with easy access to Venice and recommendations for local activities. The apartment was comfortable, with a powerful aircon and daily cleaning. The helpful receptionist provided us with a free map and useful information on transportation and dining options nearby. All in all, a fantastic experience with Residenze Venezia.

The location was super convenient with a supermarket and bus stop right across the road. Antonio, the host, provided jaw-dropping customer service and went above and beyond to assist us. The apartment had powerful air conditioning and the bed, although hard, was not uncomfortable. The cleanliness was mind-blowing, with daily room service and fresh linen. The receptionist gave us excellent information and a free map. The room had free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We loved the modern design and large windows. The train station was only a 10-minute walk away, with great transport options to explore the area. a fantastic experience with top-notch amenities and helpful staff.
