Outstanding breakfast and attentive bar service!

Room had a stunning ocean view and was spacious.

Had a relaxing stay with stunning views 🌅 and excellent shuttle service to local restaurants! The staff truly elevated our experience with their warm hospitality 😊.

However, occasional noise from nearby events and some delays in room service were noticeable. It's ideal for a short getaway, but travelers should plan for potential disturbances.

I have a wonderful stay with fantastic views and a beautiful pool area. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to nearby beaches and restaurants, making it easy to explore without the city chaos. The staff is genuinely friendly and eager to assist, creating a warm atmosphere for solo travelers like me.

However, I experienced some noise from neighboring rooms at night.

It was just a balanced option for a city break in Portici with all in all brilliant value for money. The shuttle service to local restaurants was very convenient and made our evenings out much easier. Be sure to check if breakfast options are available early if you have an early departure.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, we felt so welcomed by everyone, including the attentive bar staff and helpful drivers who made our stay enjoyable, coupled with a seasonally inviting outdoor pool area that enhanced our relaxation experience.

Nothing everything was great

Spacious rooms with a lovely balcony. Super comfy beds and the hot tub was a nice touch. Loved the salt water pool and sun loungers for relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, fresh local produce. The staff were so helpful, they even provided a free shuttle to the train station, making it easy to explore Pompeii!

this place is really great! the staff are super nice and go outta there way to help ya. i loved the free shuttle service to see Herculaneum, made things so easy. breakfast had a good amount of options and was tasty too. the location is pretty chill and close to fun spots like pompeii.

only complaints are that there was some noise from an event venue next door, and sometimes the breakfast felt repetitive.

The pool area was perfectly managed with plenty of sunbeds, and the large balcony in our room made evenings magical. We loved the free shuttle to explore local sites like Herculaneum.

Felt so at home, no complaints at all.
