We had a fantastic stay at Rio. The lovely host greeted us at the entrance, providing a thorough overview of Venice and helping us plan our time in the city. The spacious room with a comfy bed was perfect for our needs. The property's location, just a short walk from Santa Lucia train station, made it convenient for guests with luggage. Plus, the hotel and room were impeccably clean. Another highlight was the host's flexibility, allowing us to self-check-in late at night and store our luggage after check-out. They even let us use the shower when our time was up. Jenny, our host, deserves a special mention for her excellent recommendations on dining, grocery shopping, and sightseeing. Her tips and mapped-out walking tour were invaluable. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rio.
