Felt so welcome, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the historic center, so I didn't have to use my precious high heels to explore the city. The building's original arches and charms made me feel like I was in a time machine.

The breakfast lacked a bit of pizzazz, but hey, who needs espresso made by a human when you can enjoy the wonders of an automatic coffee machine?

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore the city and visit the local museum. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, including a hair dryer, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It is conveniently located near the historical center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, making communication smooth. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a unique split-level layout, with a charming exposed beam ceiling. The breakfast provided was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options including toasties and hot dishes. The hotel also offers private and secure parking nearby, which was very convenient.

De kamer was schoon en nieuw, en er werden zelfs fruit geserveerd. De faciliteiten waren goed, met een gezellig terras waar ik kon genieten van koffie. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gelukkig was het fijn dat er een ophaal- en wegbrengservice van/naar de luchthaven was.

A true gem in the heart of Ferrara's UNESCO heritage old town district. The beautifully restored Palazzo is elegant yet comfy, with great beds and furniture. The bathroom was top-notch and the wifi was fast. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the cathedral, castle, shopping, wining, and dining just a short walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is not to be missed. a 5* stay.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the AC was quite noisy at night, making it difficult for me to have a restful sleep.
