The hotel facilities were great, and I especially loved the strong shower and cold air conditioner, which were perfect for the hot weather. The location was unbeatable, right in the city center and close to all the attractions. I could easily walk everywhere, and it felt safe and clean. The staff, especially Nineta, were fantastic. They were always available and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
