I'm disabled, so I appreciated the central location and easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Fabrizio, the host, was incredibly helpful in arranging transfers and suggesting local places of interest. The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Roma Suites Navona. the apartment's location was perfect for exploring all of the major tourist attractions in the old city of Rome. It was within walking distance of Piazza Navona, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and more. the owners were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. They shared their local knowledge with us, recommending the best places to eat nearby, both local and international options. the room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, surpassing even highly rated hotels. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully designed, with an incredible ceiling and modern amenities like Netflix on the TV. The staff was friendly and provided us with a quick guide to the city upon check-in. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the attractions. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful streets nearby and found some fantastic restaurants close by. The hotel also served a delicious breakfast right to our door at our preferred time. this hotel provided us with a fantastic experience.

Very central location, within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Vatican and Spanish Steps. Secure accommodation with a lovely square outside. Helpful and friendly staff who provided useful tips for exploring the city. Clean and comfortable rooms with fresh towels daily.

We had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel. the staff was super nice and always ready to help. They gave us great recommendations for activities and helped us with transportation arrangements. the breakfast, which was delivered to our room each morning, was absolutely delicious. the bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Plus, the location was perfect! We could easily walk to all the historic sites and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

There wasn't always someone at the hotel, which made it a bit difficult to get immediate assistance. the hot water boiler wasn't working, but they did try to fix it.
