The location was perfect, just a short walk from Stazione Termini and within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a quiet and peaceful retreat. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including a refreshing glass of fresh orange juice. the warm and friendly host, Massimo, and the lady who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary frigobar, stocked with mineral water, juices, Coke, and beer. All in all, a wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat.

Located on the second floor of a beautiful old building, this residence is easy to find and access. the room was spacious and clean, with complimentary drinks in the fridge. the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage after check out and even borrow an umbrella. the hotel is conveniently situated near the train station and within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed a delicious Italian meal at a restaurant right outside the hotel. There are also many other restaurants in the surrounding area. the room itself had excellent facilities, such as a minibar, safety box, extra pillows, and an extra chair. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the drinks in the minibar were free of charge. From the moment we booked, the owner contacted us to confirm our arrival time and was very warm and helpful, providing us with information about places of interest and restaurants in the city. They even offered a free flow bar. it was a great experience and we highly recommend staying here.

One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks in the bar fridge, which were restocked daily with a variety of options such as beer, water, juice, and Coca Cola. Our room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities available 24 hours a day. there was a bowl of fresh fruit that we could help ourselves to. the location of the residence near the Central train station made it very convenient for exploring the city.

And the fact that there were supermarkets and good restaurants nearby made it even better.

That our room had very little natural light, which made it feel a bit gloomy. there wasn't a neon sign outside, so it was a bit tricky to find the place from the street number.
