My Xmas stay was unforgettable! the location was perfect - it was only a short drive from the highway, making it easy to reach, and it was close to the city center. the staff was delightful - they were friendly, attentive, and available when needed. the food was exceptional - the chef's creations were delicious, making each meal a treat to savor. the accommodations were cozy and elegantly decorated, providing a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The parking lot was small, making it hard to find a spot when the hotel was at maximum capacity. the spa facilities were a bit outdated, and the pool was not as warm as expected.

As I stepped into this luxurious 4-star hotel, I immediately felt welcome and cared for by the attentive staff. The owner himself was always present, ensuring that every guest had a memorable experience. The hotel's location in a beautiful garden with a fountain surrounded by glorious walking areas and Sepp Waldner vineyards added to its charm. It's a hidden gem, not commonly known to British travelers, making it even more special.

Spacious rooms with balconies and walk-in showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Two good pools. Excellent food. Great location for Stelvio Pass trip.
