The staff, particularly Paolo, was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing us with prompt resolutions to any queries we had. the hotel's location, cleanliness, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

We really got great value for our money at Imperial Crown in Rome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station and close to restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Paolo, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a great stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to have more variety.

the apartment was even better than the pictures - it was clean, fully furnished, and had some nice surprises like DVDs and a map of the city. the location was perfect for tourists, with easy access to landmarks via train or buses. Our host, Paolo, was incredibly friendly and helpful, despite apologizing for his English which was actually perfect. I highly recommend Imperial Crown to anyone traveling to Rome!

Imperial Crown was perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the termini. There is a convenient supermarket right next to the building and plenty of great restaurants nearby. the room itself was immaculate and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by how much nicer it looked in person compared to the photos. Paolo, our host, went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation and provided us with all the information we needed. There were even spare umbrellas that came in handy on a rainy day.
