I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the lovely continental breakfast brought to my room. The hotel is located in a pleasant suburb, away from the tourist areas, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff were fantastic, welcoming and very helpful in providing directions and recommendations for local restaurants. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel staff was attentive and kind, offering excellent service. The Fiorentina beefsteak at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, paired perfectly with the Chianti wine. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The presence of a nearby car park was incredibly convenient.

Great location, just a short bus ride away from the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with bus routes and arranging a taxi for us. the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the breakfast had a decent selection and the staff was friendly.

We had to wait for our room even though we arrived at the check-in time. the reception is not 24 hours, which can be inconvenient.
