There were a few instances where some staff members lacked professionalism, which slightly marred an otherwise exceptional experience.

Excellent wellness area with pool, infrared cabin, and saunas. Perfect location near Dolomiti and ski slopes. Totally recommended.

The location was great, as we were secluded from the hustle and bustle of town and the scenery was picturesque. the food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. the staff seemed overwhelmed and aloof and they were not knowledgeable about the local area.

The quality of our room was not up to standard. the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and it felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here at this luxurious 4-star hotel. We were warmly greeted at reception and were impressed by the immaculate and spacious room, which had stunning views of the mountains and forest. The spa and pool facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed provided in a cute tote bag in the room. The restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety for both meat eaters and non-meat eaters. The staff were exceptional, talented and worked hard to make us feel like royalty throughout our stay. We truly felt pampered and well taken care of.

I had a truly relaxing experience at Hotel Rosengarten. The spa facilities were ample and the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always remembering my special requests. The location was ideal for exploring the area. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The overall value-for-money was excellent, especially considering the great deal on dinner. The wellness area, including the pool and saunas, exceeded my expectations and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks to be aware of. The breakfast buffet lacked options for vegetarians/vegans.
