During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning views from the balcony. It was such a treat to dine with the incredible backdrop of the famous landmark. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - right across from the iconic attraction. This made it super convenient for exploring and sightseeing. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always there to assist with directions and any other needs.

The only downside was the noise from the nearby street during the night. My friends had a room with a view of the street and mentioned that it could get quite lively with music and people until 2 am.

I had a fantastic stay at this great little gem right next to the Colosseum. The location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum and the Colosseo Metro station. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's top attractions like the Forum and Arch of Constantine. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. Despite being located in a cafe/restaurant, there was no noise whatsoever, and the aircon worked perfectly. I was very satisfied with my stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. the hotel is not advertised as such on the building, so taxi drivers may not know where it is if you mention "Royal House Hotel".

The house red wine they served was a fabulous addition, especially when enjoyed with the incredible view of The Colosseum.
