I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were always available and very helpful. The location was great, with a metro station close by and within walking distance of the central railway station. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a jacuzzi in the room and the option to upgrade to a room with a spa. The staff were also great with my kid and made us feel very welcome. it was a great value for money and I had a wonderful experience.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to the main train station and within walking distance of the central station. The bus link from the airport was also direct to the central station, making it easy to reach the hotel. Despite the initial appearance of the building, once inside, we felt very secure with the multiple security doors. Additionally, there were decent cafes nearby for breakfast and food stalls for quick snacks.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the friendly staff and the central location. the two receptionists were very helpful and friendly, despite their limited English, they still managed to communicate and assist me. the hotel's location near a supermarket and cafeteria was also convenient, making it easy for me to find everything I needed during my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room worked well, providing a comfortable environment.

The worst aspects of my stay at this hotel were the outdated rooms and the noisy neighborhood. the rooms were aging quickly and did not match the pictures on the website.

We stayed at Royalty Rooms & Spa for one night during our visit to Naples. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room, located on the high street, was modern, spacious, and clean. It was beautifully designed and felt like a regular-sized hotel room, despite its small size. The amenities, including a fridge and well-placed air conditioning, were greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was the in-room jacuzzi, although the bubbles were not working. The hotel staff kindly offered us an hour in their private wellness area with champagne, which made for a memorable last night in the city. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the main train station, making it easy to catch a direct shuttle to the airport. The neighborhood may not be the nicest in Naples, but everything you need is within close proximity.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Naples that offered a Jacuzzi, sauna, and Himalayan salt room in our room. It was such a treat to relax in the Jacuzzi after a day of exploring the city. The staff was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that the Jacuzzi was filled and ready for us. We also loved the convenient location, with great coffee shops nearby and easy access to bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the property was also impressive.

One drawback was that the towels were not replenished on our second day, and the breakfast consisted of only a few croissants and juice. The coffee was also served in tiny pods, which was a bit disappointing.
