I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were always available and very helpful. The location was great, with a metro station close by and within walking distance of the central railway station. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a jacuzzi in the room and the option to upgrade to a room with a spa. The staff were also great with my kid and made us feel very welcome. it was a great value for money and I had a wonderful experience.

Amazing room amenities such as Jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room! Perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. Also, the staff was helpful in filling the Jacuzzi every evening. the location was convenient, with coffee shops nearby and only a short walk to the bustling streets filled with bars and restaurants.

The hotel was not as luxurious as expected. the photos were deceiving and the location felt unsafe, especially after dark.

The bus link from the airport was also direct to the central station, making it easy to reach the hotel. Despite the initial appearance of the building, once inside, we felt very secure with the multiple security doors. Additionally, there were decent cafes nearby for breakfast and food stalls for quick snacks.

The staff was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that the Jacuzzi was filled and ready for us. We also loved the convenient location, with great coffee shops nearby and easy access to bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the property was also impressive.

One drawback was that the towels were not replenished on our second day, and the breakfast consisted of only a few croissants and juice. The coffee was also served in tiny pods, which was a bit disappointing.
