This hotel was great value for money in a location that can't be beaten. It's on a quiet square very close to San Marco, which is a nice change from most Venetian hotels that are down tiny alleys. The service was fantastic and the staff were always attentive, and the rooms were cleaned every day in Venetian style with damask covered walls in the bedroom. Breakfast was included, and although there were no eggs or fresh fruits served, it was still a decent offering.

The hotel definitely had a great location, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. they offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. the room we stayed in was also very clean and tidy.

The man at reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful, which was not the welcome we were expecting. Our room was located in a separate building and the transfer of our luggage was done in a very unsafe and unprofessional manner.
