We had a comfortable stay in a spacious room with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Parking was taken care of by the obliging staff. The location was convenient for exploring Lucca, and the free bikes provided were a nice touch.

Being right in the heart of all the action made it easy for us to explore the charming streets, churches, and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious, exceeding our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, from air conditioning to a mini-bar. We also appreciated the complimentary bicycles that allowed us to further explore the area.

It's just a short walk to the main tourist areas of the city, making it convenient for sightseeing and catching the bus to Pisa and the airport. The bar area is a great place to unwind, with Franco the friendly and efficient barman serving complimentary canapés at 6 pm.
