The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the village, bus stop, and chairlift ride. The swimming pool was a bonus, and the breakfast included ample options for everyone, including gluten-free choices. The hotel also provided a shuttle to and from the port, which was very convenient. The view from the hotel was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at San Michele and had the best view of Capri, it was simply breathtaking. the rooms were clean, although a bit outdated, but the view more than made up for it. the hotel is conveniently located near Anacapri and the bus stop. the breakfast had a great variety of pastries and jams to choose from. we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend getting a room with a view.

We got great value for our money at San Michele. The room was spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to the town with plenty of restaurant options. The staff treated us exceptionally well, helping us book activities and providing a free shuttle to the harbor.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by adding more warm options. However, the staff gladly made us fresh scrambled eggs and cappuccinos upon request.

The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the sea towards Naples. The hotel facilities, such as the large pool and restaurant, were fantastic. The location was convenient, being on a hill in Anacapri and close to the bus stop for easy transportation to Capri town or the Marina. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and arranging a free shuttle for us.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The view from our room's huge terrace was absolutely breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas from sunrise to sunset. It was one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen from a hotel. Although the room itself was a bit smaller compared to the terrace, it was still very comfortable. The restaurant for lunch was fantastic with reasonable prices and, once again, an incredible view. The pool was massive and provided a perfect place to relax and unwind.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel that has maintained its classic 40's or 50's decor. the pool and included breakfast were great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the shuttle service to/from the ferry was a bonus, and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. the short walk to Anacapri's shops and restaurants added to the convenience. Had an amazing Christmas holiday at a hotel with the most breathtaking views in Capri. Loved the complimentary mulled wine and mince pies upon arrival. the location was perfect, close to excellent dining and shopping areas. the room was cozy and comfortable, but the highlights were the complimentary spa treatments and the amazing infinity pool.

Despite the amazing views and great location, the hotel staff seemed a little cold and unwelcoming. the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, and the hotel lacked a festive atmosphere during the Christmas period.
