The location of this boutique hotel was perfect for exploring Venice. We enjoyed being away from the crowded tourist areas and experiencing the real Italy. The neighborhood had a charming and authentic feel. The hotel was conveniently located near a vaporetto stop, making it easy to visit other interesting locations. The view of the canal and church from our room was breathtaking. It was also very convenient to have only one bridge to cross to reach the cruise terminal. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. I would highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable stay in Venice.

During my stay at Excess Venice Boutique Hotel & Private Spa, I had a very interesting holiday in a unique city full of amazing spots round every corner. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and it takes just 30 minutes to walk to the main St Marks Square where the Basalica and Dogi's Palace are located. Despite the hot weather, I quite enjoyed the walk with lots of sights and sounds to take in along the route. The smartphone and Google Maps provided by the hotel made it easy to find whatever I needed. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good and satisfying, and the bed in my room was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to Boat Bus stops which made it easy to tour the city by boat. The reception staff were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to see and do in Venice. I would definitely recommend Excess Venice Boutique Hotel & Private Spa for a pleasant stay in Venice.

A nice, clean and very quiet hotel, right by the canal. Close to the center, yet away from the tourist crowds. Some members of the staff were kind and caring. The hotel is only a short walk from the San Basilio Vaparetto stop and the Cruise terminal. It has a beautiful garden area and is an easy walk to good restaurants. The staff were very helpful with information and suggestions.

We stayed in a deluxe room with a great view of the Canal and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and clean it was. The bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and a jacuzzi tub, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff was excellent, especially Mr. Fabio, who was always helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. We also loved relaxing in the warm garden and being welcomed with a cold prosecco after a tough year.

The breakfast could be better organized as the dining room was small and service was a bit slow. They could have invested in an extra set of cups and glasses and utilized the lovely garden for breakfast as well.

I had the most amazing stay at Excess Venice Boutique Hotel & Private Spa. The room I stayed in was luxurious and spotlessly clean. The view of the river from my room was breathtaking. The hotel spared no expense in choosing the best quality furniture and amenities. They even had an incredible lounge area where I could relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly respectful, helpful, and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing experience in Venice. The hotel is also conveniently located, with several restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable stay in Venice.

We had a great stay at this hotel! the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always dressed nicely and made us feel welcome. the location was perfect, close to the main attractions like the Big Channel and San Marco Square. We were able to easily walk to these places and explore Venice. Plus, there was a nice restaurant right next door which was convenient for dinner.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the bathroom in our room was not in the best condition, with a broken shower that was never fixed.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to have breakfast in our room when my partner was unwell. The hotel had a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The suite had a classic Venetian decor and comfortable beds, with two bathrooms. The balcony offered a lovely view of the canal.

This hotel provided us with the most luxurious and exclusive amenities we could have possibly wished for. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Turkish bath ensuring ultimate relaxation. the Sun terrace and Garden area were stunning, while the private facilities available in our room exceeded our expectations. the Breakfast exceeded our own standards, as we could choose between a Snack bar or Buffet breakfast with Special diet menus available.

I had a fantastic stay at Excess Venice! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the soundproof walls for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the waterbuses and a short walk to Ponte dell' Accademia. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the garden was a lovely place to enjoy it. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.
