I recently stayed at this hotel and I was very satisfied with my experience. The location was a bit off and in the midst of the industrial zone, but it was near a metro and bus station to the city center of Milan. It was also near Linate airport, which was convenient for my travels. The surrounding area was newly developed with modern residential and business buildings, making it feel very safe and peaceful. The hotel was great if you plan to visit Eni. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The hotel had shops/commercial services and laundry facilities, which were very convenient. The amenities in the rooms were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The rooms also had an in-room safe and free Wi-Fi. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch, and the television and alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience. The hotel had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were welcoming and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. The secure and spacious parking lot in the backyard was a bonus.

Fantastic location for visiting Eni, with free parking for Genius members. Fast and stable Wi-fi connection. Good hot water in the shower. Close to a convenient shop. Cozy beds and lovely staff.

The Santa Barbara Hotel in Milan was excellent value, with bright and comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located with buses stopping outside and a 20-minute walk to the Metro station. The breakfast was superb with fresh produce, and the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a complementary Pannetone and a booklet on visiting La Scala opera house, a nice touch for guests.

The service provided by the staff is excellent. They are always friendly and ready to help with any requests or questions I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great perk. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant provided delicious meals at a reasonable price. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day.

The bathroom is nice and has all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offers a laundry service for an additional fee.

The hotel's location was not great for leisure activities as many restaurants and bars in the area close on weekends. the hotel lacked a pool or fitness center.
