During our romantic escape to the wine region in Sicily, we enjoyed the beautiful landscape and fresh air. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the local wine was superb. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the staff.

The hotel lacked suitable indoor relaxation spaces, making it difficult to unwind when it was cold outside. location-wise, the hotel was quite isolated, and we had to drive long distances to get anywhere.

The newly designed rooms are immaculate, with a nice bathroom and smart TV. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool with a spectacular view of the valley. Breakfast is fantastic, and the restaurant serves amazing food. You'll also appreciate the quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

It would be nice to have more indoor seating areas for colder days.

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Sorbello and Annalisa, who treated me like royalty and made me feel like family. I have traveled the world for 25 years and have never experienced such warmth and genuine hospitality. I cancelled another hotel reservation just to spend more time at Santoro Country House because it was that good. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
