Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff was helpful and very polite. They went the distance to accommodate our dietary needs. Breakfast options were limited for Muslims, but they brought us smoked turkey. I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent location and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a really nice area with plenty of designer shops nearby. It was within walking distance of many attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with a beautiful interior that made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The staff at the reception desk went above and beyond with their hospitality and recommendations of what to see and do in the city. They were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and a spacious bathroom that had been recently remodeled. We also loved the rooftop terrace, where we could relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the stunning views. our experience at this hotel was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The room was delightful, with a bright and airy atmosphere, and a stunning view of the surrounding high-end stores. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the main attractions, especially St. Mark's Square, which was just a short distance away. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic restaurant on-site, offering delicious cuisine and a lovely atmosphere.

The only issue we encountered was unhelpful service at the reception desk and a lack of service at breakfast. However, overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was superb, right in the center of the city and close to St. Mark's Square. It was really convenient as everything was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, and the antique style added to the authenticity of the "old style" feeling of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the courtyard was excellent, with a wide range of choices. this hotel provided a great experience of staying near St. Mark's Square and all the main attractions in the city.

The staff treated us like royalty, wonderful room overlooking a canal, excellent restaurant, great location close to everything, helpful staff with local knowledge tips, minor problems dealt with efficiently.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us. The room was beautiful with lovely decor and comfortable beds. We also loved the fact that there was a jazz band playing on Saturday evening right below our window, it created a great atmosphere.

The only downside was that there was some work being done in the hotel, so there was drilling and banging noises throughout the day. It would have been better if we had been informed about this beforehand as it disrupted our afternoon rest.

Amazing value and perfect location for a romantic escape. Large, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated room with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Exceptional and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast and a rooftop terrace for enjoying the views.

Limited storage in the room with no drawers and a slightly dated bathroom. the hairdryer provided was weak.

The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the main attractions and with convenient access to public transportation. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, exceeding our expectations.

While the offerings were plentiful, the space in which it was set up felt cramped, especially considering the number of guests. It made for a slightly uncomfortable and crowded start to the day.
