During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the modern facilities and excellent location. The rooms were bright and new, with large bathrooms and amenities such as a fridge, safe, and air conditioning. The hotel was in the perfect spot, just a short 5-minute walk from both the train station and the town center. This made it easy to explore Parma and all its major sights on foot. Additionally, the breakfast served in the ground floor restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It had a good selection, including pancakes and omelettes, and the orange juice tasted fresh and delicious.

There were a couple of downsides to note. the walls in the hotel were quite thin, which meant that noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, especially showers and conversations.
