my recent stay in rome was pleasant, but nothing compared to the unforgettable experience at savoy. the staff went above and beyond, always there to assist with any request. from printing boarding passes to serving off-menu meals, they truly spoiled me. not to mention the comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and breathtaking rooftop terrace. undoubtedly, savoy is the ultimate place to relax and be pampered.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the elevators were quite slow and only one of them went to the rooftop area.

The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the rooms were clean and tidy. The view from the rooftop terrace was terrific, allowing for a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The bathroom in the room we stayed could use a refresh, as some fixtures were slightly worn and in need of repair.
