The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service throughout our stay, including a convenient taxi service and even driving a guest to the hospital when needed. We spent a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend in a beautiful hotel up in the mountains. the breathtaking views from the terrace were amazing. There was a large dining area where we could choose between inside or outside seating. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of choices. the hotel's pool was closed for the season but the stunning garden compensated for that.

It was quite hard to find the hotel as there were few signs pointing directions. Therefore, a car is necessary to get there and park in the rather narrow street.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area, right near a beautiful Benedictine abbey which is well worth visiting. The breakfast offered a beautiful array of granola and natural yogurt, as well as cakes and pastries. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, providing good service throughout our stay.

We stayed in a one bedroom self catering apartment that had everything we needed. The pool area offered a stunning view, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the excellent service provided by the man who checked us out. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Scapolatiello.
