the staff at Serendipity Rooms were super friendly and the rooms were ideal for a short trip. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. the room itself was great, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I particularly loved the shower, which had remote-controlled color-changing lights. the neighborhood was very quiet, and the windows had remote control shutters for added convenience and safety. the complementary water and wine were a nice touch as well.

The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room had excellent heating and was just as spacious as shown in the photos. The junior suite was comfortable, cozy, and had convenient amenities like a coffee machine and small fridge. The towels were changed daily, which was a rare and important feature. the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to go the extra mile, even providing a private mobile number for emergencies.
