The hotel is located in a suburban area of Rome, close to 40 degrees Celsius, where you will find a number of big business headquarters, international agencies, and embassies. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious, with convenient lights for reading. The staff provides good service and the breakfast buffet is enjoyable. The hotel also offers a large outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day's work, and a restaurant with excellent food for fish lovers. The coy pond and greenery add a nice touch to the surroundings.

We loved staying in this place as its location was just outside the center but still accessible to Rome’s tourist spots. The staff provided excellent service with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry assistance. We also appreciated that the tours/ticket assistance was available to help us plan our itinerary. The room amenities were great, including the in-room safe, patio, and mini-bar. The garden had lovely garden furniture, and it was wonderful to get fresh air in the soundproofed rooms. The buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening drink. Plus, the staff’s great customer service made our stay even better.

One downside of the hotel was its location. It was a bit far from central Rome, requiring either a walk or a bus ride to reach the subway for sightseeing.

Couldn't stay longer.

The pool was amazing! We spent hours lounging on the comfortable chairs and swimming. the complementary breakfast and drinks were such a nice touch. the location was also great, being close to shopping and restaurants. We also really appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The noise from the nearby road was a bit bothersome at times and the room could have been cleaner. it was inconvenient to have to request plates and utensils from the reception when we needed them.

During my recent stay at Shangri La Roma, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location. Being close to the GRA and the Colombo was incredibly convenient for my travel needs. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the EUROMA 2 mall was a bonus for shopping enthusiasts like myself.

Newly renovated, 215 rooms with king size beds, decent size. Free parking, excellent internet. Good breakfast. Big shopping mall 10 min walk. Bus stops nearby. 30 min ride to center of city.
