The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including a kettle and free water. The location was convenient for getting into the city, with a regular and reasonably priced bus service just a few minutes' walk away. the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The room at Shg Hotel was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the surrounding residential area. The newly appointed furnishings gave it a modern and fresh feel. I also loved that the windows could be opened fully, allowing for fresh air to circulate in the room. The onsite restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and reasonable prices. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only drawback was the limited options for free wifi. I didn't use it because I didn't want to share my email address with the wifi providers' associates, as I already receive enough spam emails.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Autostrada and Verona airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the restaurant and bar on-site were great options. Additionally, there were local alternatives nearby for dining and shopping.

The sound insulation in the room was poor, making it difficult to get a good night's rest due to noise from other rooms and the hallway. The breakfast could have been improved in terms of variety, and some hangers on the hallway walls would have been convenient for hanging coats and jackets.
