Lovely terrace with distant sea views. Excellent garden, pool, food, and wine. Two weddings during our stay added to the holiday fun. Miles of sandy beaches nearby, as well as historic townscapes of Montalbano country.

The food at the restaurant was simply outstanding. We had the best dinner and breakfast during our stay in Italy in a long time. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs. Additionally, the beautiful landscapes surrounding the hotel were a treat to wake up to every morning.

The lack of WiFi in the rooms was a bit inconvenient, especially for our teens who would have liked to stay connected. Additionally, there could have been more activities for older children on the grounds to keep them entertained.

Our two-week tour of Sicily brought us to the wonderful Silva Suri, a converted family farm overlooking the sea. The clean room with traditional furniture and modern bathroom was a comfortable retreat. The on-site restaurant, led by Luca the maitre'd, exceeded our expectations with exceptional meals and creative dishes. Luca's wine suggestions were spot-on, making our dining experience one of the best of our trip. The large property could easily accommodate a destination wedding, and as fans of the Montalbano TV series, we were delighted to find it just ten minutes away from Casa Montalbano.
