The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the shuttle bus service made getting around the city so much easier. The concierges went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and the hotel itself was fantastic. The location was ideal, close to the town center and other attractions. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon arrival, and the complementary bottle of wine from the hotel manager was a lovely touch. The fitness center facilities were also excellent. a wonderful experience.

Great value for money, with a beautifully decorated room and modern amenities. The location was ideal, being away from the noise but still within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The welcome was wonderful, even as we arrived very late. Check-in was easy and quick, and we were provided with after-hours wine service. The rooms were beautiful, large, and well-appointed. The staff went out of their way to welcome us. The breakfast provided was the best we had during our trip. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was loved by our kids. The location was also convenient, as it was close to the train station and about 1.1 miles from the city center. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the SMN bus/train terminal, making it convenient for day excursions to Siena and other Tuscan towns.

The hotel is incredibly stylish and tidy, offering a "home away from home" experience. The staff is helpful and goes above and beyond to assist with everything from luggage to taxis. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the main sites and yet still providing a peaceful atmosphere. The penthouse offers a beautiful view of the city, and the pool area is loved by both adults and kids. The welcome was wonderful, even for our late arrival, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The after-hours wine service was a nice touch, especially after a long travel day.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a month and it was perfect for my needs. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from all the main attractions but still peaceful and quiet. On top of that, the staff were cheerful and helpful, and my room with a balcony and pool view was excellent. The hotel even provided a courtesy service to the city center at night, which was greatly appreciated. I have been coming to Florence for over 50 years, and this hotel holds a special place in my heart. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the ample choice at the buffet breakfast, which included hot food options. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the train station and a pleasant 15-minute stroll to the main town center.

During my stay at Sina Villa Medici, I found the hotel to be a true oasis in the heart of the city. The convenient location allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Florence. The hotel's charming surroundings and proximity to shops and the metro made getting around a breeze.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the small bathroom and limited lighting in the bedroom, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Sina Villa Medici.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The transportation options were excellent, with a Metro stop just across the street and a convenient shuttle car service available for those who needed it. The location of the hotel was perfect for getting around this city, as it was a little away from the fray of the city center but still within a 15-20 minute walk. I also enjoyed the fact that there were some ethnic food restaurants nearby, such as the one on Via della Spada called Lorenzo. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always helpful and happy to assist with anything I needed.

It was all superb.
