My recent stay at the Smart Bb Bed & Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Isabella, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. She provided everything we requested, including a hearty breakfast with cappuccinos, croissants, and fruits. I especially appreciated the free water bottles, a great bonus after long, tiring days of sightseeing. the location of the property was ideal, within walking distance of all the tourist sights in a central location. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Termini station. It made it really convenient for us to explore the city and catch trains to other places. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The host was really helpful and gave us great tips for our trip. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low and we sometimes experienced issues with the hot water.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome. the location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to Termini, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff, especially Isabella, were incredibly attentive and always available to help. Lastly, the rooms were kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was delivered directly to my room each morning.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the showerhead, which could have been more stable and had stronger water pressure. However, there was always plenty of hot water for a warm and refreshing shower.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and contain all the amenities you would expect and more. The breakfast was great with a good selection of food and drink. They even included boiled eggs, which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect, only a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions. We also appreciated the host's hospitality, as she was very informative and accommodating.

The shower pressure was quite weak, and the soap and body wash provided left our skin feeling dry and coarse. It would have been better to know this in advance, as we would have brought our own.
