the staff at this hotel, called Smart Hotel Saslong, were kind and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. the highlight of my stay was the excellent buffet breakfast, which was the best I've had in my three weeks of traveling around Europe. the hotel was squeaky clean and easy to check in and out of. I also loved the spacious garage and the fact that I had a balcony. the hotel even had a large heated rack, perfect for drying wet hiking or ski clothes. the water in the shower was hot immediately, and the hotel was nice and quiet.

An "active" holiday in the Dolomites with ideal public transport connections. I loved the vending machines in the lobby and the low calcium-high mineral water for showers and teeth brushing. The new Bistrot served innovative dishes. Perfect summer and winter location.

I loved sitting outside in the sun and enjoying the delicious food. The room was clean, modern, and had a rainshower, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to chairlifts and great hiking spots. Plus, the free bus pass provided by the hotel was a fantastic bonus for getting around the area. Although our stay was mostly perfect, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The mattresses were not as comfortable as we would have liked, and there was some noise from the room above us, particularly in the mornings and evenings.

The breakfast options were amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food and great coffee. the hotel also had a large parking area, including underground parking with an elevator, which was very convenient. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not great, as we could hear our neighbors walking and even had difficulty sleeping due to noise from a gathering on the common balcony one night. the pillows were uncomfortable and the beds were not ideal for couples, as the twin mattresses easily moved apart.

We had a fantastic stay at Smart Hotel! the location was perfect for our racing bike trips, and we appreciated the garage for our car and the lift that easily took our bikes to our room on the 4th floor. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed having an extra terrace on our floor.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was tucked away in a quiet area, just outside of the villages, but conveniently located on the road to the ski slopes. This made it incredibly easy to go hiking and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Dolomites. Plus, the hotel is very close to the bus station, and they even provide a free bus pass when you stay with them. Such a fantastic way to explore the area without any extra cost!
