Arrived exhausted but feeling important with all the messages and surprises awaiting me in Rome. Soha made sure I had a smooth arrival from the airport, even remembered my favorite bedtime tea! the room had everything, including a desk for my dog's adventures. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. They gave us recommendations for local attractions and were available to assist us at any time. The hotel's proximity to the main tourist attractions and public transportation made it very convenient for exploring the city. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.
