The location of the hotel was perfect, with the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and had comfortable king beds. The air conditioning units in each room were effective, except for one that was broken and not repaired during our stay.

Excellent central location steps away from Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. Very spacious and clean flat with large beds. Friendly staff who provided helpful recommendations for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Accommodating host who stored packages for us before our arrival.

We had an amazing stay at Royal Story! From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. the apartment was spacious and luxurious, perfect for our group of six. the location was fantastic, with all the landmarks within walking distance. the ACs worked well, which was great considering the cold weather. We were provided with towels, making our stay even more comfortable. We have already recommended Royal Story to our friends and family in Australia and would definitely book again when we return to Rome.
