The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the famous Spanish Steps and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the center.

The location was perfect, close to all the historic sites, shopping, and restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet at night. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to assist us.

The breakfast could have been improved with room service available for those staying in the suites located in a different building from the main hotel.

He not only made check-in and check-out seamless, but he also shared his extensive knowledge of Rome's history and gave us great tips on where to go during our bike trip through Italy.
