The hotel had a good location, close to cable car and historical center, and staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary fruit platter and bottle of Prosecco upon our slightly delayed check-in. the property was clean and our room had a great view.

The noise from the road made the room very noisy, even after a certain hour during the night. the complimentary toiletries were limited, with only two small bottles of shampoo for two people for a three-day stay, and there was not much space for our clothes.

Although we didn't have time to visit the spa, it seems like a wonderful addition for future visits. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short distance from the city center. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast in our room, where we could order exactly what we wanted the night before. We are definitely planning to stay at this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to others.
