The hotel had a good location, close to cable car and historical center, and staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary fruit platter and bottle of Prosecco upon our slightly delayed check-in. The property was clean and our room had a great view.

We had an excellent experience at the Taormina Palace. Upon arrival, Claudia warmly greeted us and provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities. Although we didn't have time to visit the spa, it seems like a wonderful addition for future visits. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short distance from the city center. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast in our room, where we could order exactly what we wanted the night before. We are definitely planning to stay at this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to others.
